Terms of service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

General

  • Please know that I reserve the right to decline any commission type for any reason.

  • you may NOT heavily reference, edit, trace, or copy my artwork.

Payment + Refund Policy

  • Payment is due up front for all commissions via paypal unless a payment plan has been put into place.

  • If I have not started your commission and you request a refund the refund it will equal the amount I have received after paying fees. (For example: If you send $15 and I receive $13, the full refund will be $13.)

  • sketch: I keep 35% of the total price

  • Lineart: I keep 70% of the total price

  • Base color-shading: No refund

  • if you request to cancel your commission, and it has been started I will keep a percentage of the payment as shown above.

  • An invoice will be sent to commissioner. When paying the invoice, please include your DA Username or username into the notes.

You the commissioner

  • The commissioner is never permitted to sell, edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use my artwork for advertising (e.g. commercial usage). All artworks are personal use only unless stated so if you want a shirt for only yourself that's fine. UNLESS the commission is specifically for that usage ex: book covers, comic covers, keychains, shirts etc you commissioned.

  • You may re-upload the art on other sites and I would love credit though it is not always necessary but appreciated :D!

  • You may edit the artwork however you please (color changes, adding extra clothes, changing hair etc.) as long as I am still credited for the art I did.

  • Any wips presented to you with a watermark are not to be removed and/or posted publicly please.

  • If you have any questions about the status of your commission feel free to message me!

  • you are fully aware that you are receiving Digital Goods, which do not require shipping. This will either be in PNG or JPG format.

What I will and Will not draw

Will draw:

  • Characters in swim suits / Lingerie etc.

  • Cuts, brusies, and blood is fine

  • anthro, furries, ferals, monster girls

  • closed & open species || any species || one offs

  • muscular characters

  • mecha / robots

will not draw:

  • extreme / fetishes

  • excessive gore, physical abusive violence, and extreme injuries

  • extremely muscular fetish characters

  • For exposure

  • editing someone else's work without their consent.

ADOPT terms of service

By buying my adopts you agree to the following

  • By Buying/Trading/Gifting my designs you agree to the following terms of service:

  • You are bidding for a PERSONAL USE, NON-COMMERCIAL CHARACTER/DESIGN. I do NOT allow commercial use of my designs they are strictly personal use only, you cannot use my designs for profit such as paid games/apps, wholesale merchandise or streaming avatars with live revenue (vtuber), selling posters, etc. unless you paid for the commercial use fee which can be bought.

  • Paypal only in USD and payment must be sent within 24 hours.

  • All sales are final and no refunds will be issued after an adopt has been paid for.

  • Serious bidders only and no backing out. Users that retract their bids will be banned and blacklisted from future auctions, purchases, and designs.

  • My artwork can't be used to mint NFTS or be turned into such.

  • You get the full unwatermarked image after payment is finished.

  • Resell only for purchase value + commissions you get (do not resell for more than what you paid)

  • gifting, transferring, and trading is ok! however if you get the character in a trade you can't sell it for any value unless you get money commissioned artwork for them or through voucher trades.

  • Once bought you can make color edits, gender edits, sexuality, design, make them a part of an existing species (ex: dainties, kowaikos, studels, etc.) as long as I am still credited as the original designer and the original image is still on toyhouse for the next owner and it still resembles my design whether it be the colors or the clothes etc.

  • Do NOT delete a character's toyhouse profile without my permission. if you are giving the character to someone off toyhouse please message me and I can update the masterlist.

  • Note that breaking TOS will be result being put on a blacklist and ban from my designs or future designs. Anyone caught giving my designs to blacklisted people are also banned from designs.
